A premium Amtico Chequerboard LVT installation across the bar and entertainment areas at Bloomsbury Lanes — one of London's iconic bowling and entertainment venues. The project included full latex screed preparation and 12mm ply overlay to ensure a perfect, level substrate before installation.
The existing subfloor required significant remediation before installation could begin. An uneven concrete base needed full latex screed levelling across the entire area, followed by 12mm ply overlay to achieve the tight tolerances required by the Amtico Chequerboard pattern.
Soluna London Flooring carried out a full subfloor assessment, applied latex screed to level the surface, and installed a 12mm ply overlay. The Amtico Chequerboard LVT was then installed in a precise grid pattern — delivering a bold, high-impact finish perfectly suited to the venue's aesthetic.
